Mobilisation Folder for 1 Bn Landst. Inf. Regt.613 (X 18).

Recommended Posts

Guys,

This little gem appears to be as stated above, it contains the mobilisation process, equipmet tables, manning levels, requisition orders and is just a facinating piece of German paper work of the day. So much detail packed into a small folder but forgetting of course no plan survives contact with the enemy, I wonder if 'Case K' run smoothly? It also has the war diary as a part of this document. I will post only a cross section as it will take too much time otherwise.

I didn't know you knew my mother-in-law ?. The things she's chucked out over the last few years will make you cry, but she keeps all the Reader's Digest books from the 80s. ?
