That  is  a  great  piece  Kris. i  have  seen  a  few of  them  and  i  think  you  are  right  they  come  from  a memorial

Great collection!

I still ain't got none. Exept for the big brons one.

But I came across a CdG diplome to a DCA guy for bringing a zeppelin down. That is something I would like to have.....

For me the CdG is one of the most appreciated awards, I love them. Veterans proudly framed them in various ways, displayed them is so many ways and upgraded them with personal effects, numbers, ribbons and so on.. I don't see this with many other awards! Jim, you should give us a global view on how many CdG you now have ;)

I have well over  100 CdG now  some  with  the  relevant paperwork  others not. I  prefer  the  1915  and  1916  awards  but  consider  anything  really. It  really has become  a  bit of  an  obsession  with  me,  especially  when  the  diplomas  come  with  the  award  highlighting  what  the individual  did  to  receive recognition.
