Could a moderator please add the year 1941 to this toipcs title?

As i don´t want to mix all the different years in to one big topic i´ll start new ones for the 1918 and 1939 issues

Hi Bart,

the awards with the Red Crosses are for medical personel for both military personel and civilians during the war.

Each grade is ment for certain rank. The 1st class medal for instance are for NCO personel and the 2nd class are for enlisted men

Can this Cross be compared to a KVK or a EK for Medical Personnel of the WH? Was this for Combat or Good Service in Medical Units or for both?
