Great booklet Kevin.

Talking about specials.........

I have seen many Soldbücher and Wehrpäße of veterinarians before, but never a veterinary with such a high rank.

Your example is the first one that I see in my long years of collecting.

Thank you for showing us such a special one.

Yes, unfortunately his DKiS not entered in the WP, but it must be great to have such a high ranking veterinary, who did receive that award, in your collection.

Best regards

Eric-Jan

Kevin, How much was the Bruck Soldbuch? I don't recall seeing it, and I check WAF's eStand a couple of times a day. ThanksJason

I can't remember the exact amount but it was somewhere in the range €3250-3750.

I seem to remember it was in excess of €5,000

It didn't appear to get much attention and I missed it at first....

The group to Bauer is for sale now? A good friend of mine had this, bought from Niemann some years ago. The group consisted of two Soldbücher, one from 1939 and one from 1944 and the Wehrpaß. Can't remember if there were other documents there or not now.....I fully translated these for my friend, unfortunately he died in 2008.

Nice one Agustin and thanks for showing.

Maybe Weitze tried to sell it through the auction, or did he buy it himself on the auction ?

Anyway that document is still for sale on his site and can be yours for 10.000 Euros.

Although at Weitze it shows a little bit more.

SS-Gruppenführer Johann Rattenhuber, commander of Adolf Hitler's personal bodyguard company from 1933 to 1945.

This SS soldbuch was found within the secret KGB files that were re-opened for an investigation about Hitler's death.
